It's for anyone who works in the field of Mental Health or wants to understand how we think and utilise that knowledge to help friends, family and/or clients. Whether you're a special educator, psychologist, counsellor, movement practitioner, psychiatrist, social worker, working in public relations or human resources; or any similar field of work, this workshop is for you.

*What will be the major take backs*

The concepts in the workshop are likely to enhance self awareness of the participant by helping them understand why they do, what they do. Also, the techniques and knowledge acquired, could be taken back to the individual's settings and be used in whichever way suitable and appropriate.

Participants will be able to decipher in what sphere a person has problems and will learn easy to do techniques to help such people.
